CICC is seeking a Delta One trading professional in Hong Kong to price, manage risk, trade, and build quantitative models for equity derivatives. You will collaborate with product development, trading, and risk teams, applying Python/SQL to data processing and hedging strategies.

The position holder will join our Delta One trading team, responsible for pricing, risk management, trading, quant modelling and booking of our Delta One business.
Coordinate with various teams on delta one product development, trade execution, and risk management
Responsible for the daily maintenance and iterative development of the desk's quantitative models. Proficient in using Python for data processing, statistical modelling, hedging strategy development and risk monitoring
Drive improvements in cross-market trading infrastructure and streamline system features for order monitoring, abnormal trading control, and automated bookkeeping.
Proactively identify pain points in existing business workflows and continuously optimize processes through technical means to enhance overall business efficiency.

Taking proactive approach to identify and solve problems for building and developing infrastructure and processes
Strong analytical thinking and team player
Adaptable to changing business requirements
Fluency in English or Mandarin preferred
Bachelor or Master degree holder, preferably in quantitative discipline
2-5 years of related experience in Equity derivative products
Robust technical knowledge of derivative products, combining with strong client facing, sales & marketing skills
Deeply understand the complete lifecycle logistics of trading orders from placement to matching and execution/cancellation. China A trading experience is a plus
rofound knowledge of statistical modelling and optimization and proficient in Python/SQL programming.
Comprehensive understanding of algorithmic trading, market-making, index and statistical arbitrage is a plus
