Job summary

Manpower in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Wealth Management Relationship Manager to drive growth, meet individual financial targets, and deliver premium advisory across Wealth Management and Priority Banking.

You will acquire New-To-Bank affluent clients through direct prospect outreach, referrals, and networking; deepen existing relationships via portfolio reviews; and cross-sell tailored solutions while keeping abreast of market trends and bank views.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
HKSI Papers 1,7,8 required (or exemptions) for Securities Trading and Advisory.
IIQE Papers 1-3 required for Long Term, General and Investment-Linked Insurance.

Responsibilities

Drive business growth and achieve financial targets across Wealth Management and Consumer Banking.
Proactively acquire New-To-Bank affluent clients through direct prospect outreach, network expansion, and internal/external referral channels.
Deepen existing client relationships by conducting periodic portfolio reviews, identifying unmet financial needs, and cross-selling tailored financial solutions.
Deliver consultative wealth management services, risk profiling and analyses to match client objectives with asset allocation strategies.
Stay informed on market trends and bank views to provide timely market intelligence to clients.
Deliver premium client experiences aligned with Priority Banking service standards.
