Job summary

Futu Holdings Limited in Hong Kong seeks a proactive Assistant Relationship Manager to strengthen key partner ties and drive business targets. You will engage HNW clients, collaborate with IA/product teams, and support marketing for premium client activities.

Multilingual English, Mandarin and Cantonese skills are essential, along with PWM process familiarity and risk awareness. Fresh graduates considered with 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates considered.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• High level of customer-centric mindset to deliver exceptional quality services for customers.
• Familiarity with PWM processes and relevant regulations, with a strong sense of risk awareness and compliance.
• SFC Licensed Type 1 and 4 or HKSI LE Paper 1,7 & 8 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Manager to manage key partner relationship to achieve business targets.
• Explore new business opportunities to support company strategy.
• Build tight relationship with HNW clients to complete team AUM and revenue target.
• Work closely with IA and product team and provide investment portfolio analysis and advices to the clients according to their needs, desires and risk profile.
• Support marketing team to build HNW activities based on the team resources.
• Be responsible for the HNW client services, including account opening, maintenance, and other related tasks; manage the credit quality and monitor the margin level.
• Work on ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by the management.
