Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Active HKSI Licensing Examination Paper 1, 7, and 8 qualifications.
• Solid client servicing experience within private banking or wealth management.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary operational liaison between private banking clients, internal departments, and Relationship Managers.
• Support Relationship Managers in handling daily operations, account administration, and client portfolio management.
• Process and execute client orders, including securities transactions, funds transfers, checks, cash controls, and fiduciary deposits.
• Manage end-to-end workflows for opening and closing client accounts.
• Prepare meeting documentation, compliance checklists, travel itineraries, and adviser renewals.
• Build and maintain client relationships through regular calls, document deliveries, and follow-ups.
• Perform independent call-backs, maintain detailed call logs, and ensure client identity verification and confidentiality.
• Ensure daily operations adhere to internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and risk controls.

Job Description

• Serve as the primary operational liaison between private banking clients, internal functional departments, and Relationship Managers.
• Support Relationship Managers in handling daily business operations, account administrative duties, and client portfolio management.
• Process and execute client orders, including securities transactions, funds transfers, check cashing, cash controls, and fiduciary deposits.
• Manage the end-to-end administrative and system workflows for opening and closing client accounts efficiently.
• Prepare meeting documentation, compliance checklists, business travel itineraries, and financial adviser renewals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular telephone contact, document deliveries, and timely follow-ups.
• Perform independent call-backs, record detailed call logs, and ensure strict client identity verification and confidentiality.
• Ensure all daily operations adhere strictly to internal banking procedures, regulatory compliance, and risk management standards.

Job Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Possess active HKSI Licensing Examination Paper 1, 7, and 8 qualifications.
• Demonstrate solid client servicing experience within private banking or wealth management environments.
• Feature strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to build professional internal and external relationships.
• Show the ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and excel in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
