Job summary

The Bank of East Asia, Limited is seeking a Wealth Management Officer II in Personal Banking. The role supports Relationship Managers with operational, administrative and marketing tasks, handles customer inquiries, and drives sales referrals to enhance client experience.

The candidate should have a university degree, relevant IIQE/HKSI qualifications is a plus, and at least 3 years in retail banking. Proficiency in MS Office and bilingual communication (Eng/Chinese) is desired.

Qualifications

• University degree preferred.
• Passed IIQE Paper 1-3 or equivalent is preferred.
• HKSI & MPF exams knowledge is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience, preferably in retail banking.
• Familiar with retail banking products and market trends.
• Strong communication and team skills; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational, administrative and marketing support to Relationship Managers.
• Handle customer enquiries and perform sales referral activities.
• Deliver customer experience support to enhance service quality in a timely, accurate and responsive manner.
• Support daily marketing activities and prepare reports and scheduling of customer appointments.
• Assist in in-branch and off-site promotions and campaigns.
• Comply with HKMA references checks and internal policies when applying.
