Job summary

Robert Half Hong Kong Limited is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our client’s team and support clients throughout their service journey. In this role you will handle calls, emails, and enquiries; respond accurately; manage complaints; coordinate with service providers to ensure end-to-end delivery; and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Diploma or above in relevant fields and 1–3 years of customer service experience are preferred, with fluency in

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Respond to customer enquiries and service requests accurately, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer complaints effectively, ensuring timely resolution and a positive customer experience.
• Review and process customer service requests accurately and within established service standards
• Liaise with customers and external service providers to obtain required information and facilitate request resolution.
• Coordinate with repair centres, logistics partners, and other service providers to ensure smooth end-to-end service delivery.
