Job summary

Nomura's International Wealth Management division seeks a Client Services Manager (Associate). The role focuses on delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth clients across global markets, with deep knowledge of wealth management products and strong relationship skills.

Qualifications

University degree in Finance or Business.
Minimum 5 years of client services or relationship management experience in wealth management.
CACS papers 1 and 2 completed.
Experience with investment products and financial planning.
Excellent communication and client-centric approach.

Responsibilities

Provide fundamental support in client service and account maintenance to assist Relationship Managers.
Respond to client inquiries on account documents, activity, statements and transfers.
Liaison with Clients, Business Supports and Service Providers for timely processing and delivery.
Assist in client on/off boarding pre-checks and account reviews.
Ensure operations comply with bank policy and regulatory requirements.
Receive, execute and report orders for equities, FX, structured and fixed-income products.
Provide secretarial and administrative support.
Handle logistics for business trips and meetings.
Perform other duties as delegated by the supervisor.
