A leading global financial services firm in Hong Kong is seeking a Client Service Manager to oversee private wealth management for Ultra High Net Worth clients. This role involves managing client relationships, ensuring high service standards, and collaborating with internal teams. The ideal candidate will possess investment product knowledge, regulatory compliance familiarity, and excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years relevant experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
• Familiar with local regulatory and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and deliver wealth management services.
• Liaise with Operations for trade allocation and settlement.
• Communicate with clients about market information and inquiries.
