Job summary

Nomura Wealth Management seeks an experienced senior relationship manager to cultivate long-term UHNW clients in Hong Kong. You will identify prospects, tailor investment solutions, and lead end-to-end delivery while ensuring strict KYC and documentation standards.

The role requires at least 7 years in wealth management/private banking, deep market knowledge, and a proven track record of hitting revenue and AUM targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Business or Finance.
• At least 7 years in wealth management/private banking for UHNW clients.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, asset classes, products.
• Proven sales record and ability to grow client relationships.
• Ability to acquire new clients via referrals and active prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and deepen trusting long-term relationships with new and existing U/HNW individuals.
• Identify prospects within the relevant market and actively acquire new clients.
• Introduce clients to a range of products/investment opportunities and deliver Nomura’s solutions.
• Ensure complete KYC, call reports and documentation for all clients.
• Assist in new business/product development and work with product/service specialists.
• Contribute to Wealth Management revenue and AUM targets.
• Comply with bank and regulatory requirements and anti-money-laundering procedures.
