CICC is seeking an Administrative Assistant in Hong Kong to support department management with a broad range of clerical and coordination tasks. The role involves license applications, budgeting support, and maintaining procurement records.
You will manage calendars, arrange meetings and travel, and help organize training sessions and company events while liaising with multiple departments to ensure smooth operations.
1. Assist department management in handling various administrative affairs, including license applications, expense reimbursements, financial and budgeting matters, research report applications, device management, etc.;
2. Assist in managing daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for department management; 3. Arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings, and assist in organizing training sessions, company events, and activities;
4. Establish and maintain department databases and spreadsheets, including staff lists, license holders, etc.;
5. Handle daily office tasks, including greeting guests, mailing, photocopying, ordering office supplies and equipment, venue booking, etc.;
6. Participate in compiling administrative policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to firm policies;
7. Make travel arrangements for department management, including hotel accommodations, flight tickets, and local transportation;
8. Liaise and coordinate with different departments to support WMINT-related tasks and handle other administrative responsibilities as required.
Qualification
1. Bachelor’s degree or above;
2. Major in Finance, Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Administrative Support, or a related discipline;
3. SFC License is a plus;
4. Minimum of 2 years of administrative or relevant experience;
5. Experience in Private Banking or Private Wealth Management is a plus;
6. Good command of Mandarin, Cantonese, and English;
7. Proficient in PC skills, including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access;
8. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills with a proactive working attitude;
9. Mature, energetic, pleasant, and presentable.
