Job summary

ProKing Executive Search Limited in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Client Advisory Coach to support high-net-worth client relationships and deliver premium client experiences. You will coordinate onboarding, regulatory compliance, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure seamless service delivery.

The role emphasizes portfolio monitoring, KYC/CDD procedures, and mentorship of new joiners, with a strong focus on governance and achieving business targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Hong Kong private banking or wealth management.
• In-depth knowledge of investment products and SFC/IA regulatory obligations.
• Outstanding interpersonal communication, organisation and leadership capabilities.
• Able to work autonomously and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• HKSI securities licenses & IIQE insurance licenses preferred.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Coach & support Client Advisors to develop and sustain long-term HNW client relationships.
• Serve as main support liaison for Client Advisors; handle client enquiries and documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Compile market investment updates and materials for HNW clients.
• Monitor portfolios and coordinate end-to-end transaction execution.
• Attend client meetings and prepare documents with post-meeting follow-ups.
• Oversee onboarding workflow; complete KYC/CDD and liaise with back-office for account openings.
• Mentor and upskill new joiners; drive team performance.
• Lead ad-hoc projects aligned with departmental targets.
