Job summary

Huatai International Financial Holdings Company Limited is seeking an experienced onboarding and compliance professional in Hong Kong to manage end‑to‑end client onboarding, KYC/AML checks, and related documentation. You will coordinate with product, technology, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflows within the WealthTech platform and maintain compliant client records.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years hands‑on experience in client onboarding, KYC/AML, client operations, or compliance support.
Strong understanding of KYC/AML processes, sanctions/PEP screening, FATCA/CRS, and local/regional regulatory requirements.
Experience with B2B client types (EAMs, family offices, licensed firms) is highly desirable.
Familiarity with onboarding/KYC platforms, CRM systems and document management tools.

Responsibilities

Assist with end‑to‑end onboarding for B2B clients and related documentation.
Conduct AML/KYC checks on entities and individuals including screening and risk profiling.
Collect and validate tax documentation for clients and underlying parties.
Perform periodic KYC refreshes and client reviews; ensure audit readiness.
Coordinate custodian selection and account linking for new clients; advise on custody implications.
Work with Product/Tech to design onboarding workflows within WealthTech platform.
Provide timely responses to ad‑hoc client queries and maintain professional logs.
