Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in Banking/Finance, including 7 years in Private Banking.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong ability to multitask with speed and accuracy.
• Outgoing, direct, independent personality.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Diploma or above in business-related discipline.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Employment subject to Mandatory Reference Checking process.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Relationship Managers in servicing clients and building long-term relationships.
• Ensure high-quality client and account administration with accuracy and efficiency.
• Conduct business in line with regulatory expectations and bank policies.
• Maintain Fit & Proper standards and regulatory requirements at all times.
• Handle client onboarding, investment suitability, and documentation to ensure compliance.
