A leading wealth management firm in Hong Kong is seeking a Dealing & Client Service Associate Manager to manage high net worth client accounts and assist in multi-asset trading. The role involves daily order management, client onboarding, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in wealth management, strong knowledge of investment products, and fluency in English and Mandarin. Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in front office dealing and sales support in wealth management.
• Strong understanding of HKMA regulations.
• Experience in account documentation and static data management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily order placing, pricing, and execution for multi-asset classes.
• Manage high net worth clients’ account including onboarding and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and back office for client information requests.
• Ensure regulatory compliance of documentation.
• Facilitate reporting and coordinate governance meetings.
