Job summary

CICC in Hong Kong seeks a data analytics professional to build a customer-group analysis framework, enhance insights, and explore tag maps, behavior maps, and demand evolution paths to uncover growth opportunities.

The role focuses on data-driven operations for customer groups, tracking conversion effects of strategies, and delivering decision-support tools, with emphasis on cross-cultural communication and overseas experience.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of work experience in wealth management, finance institutions or related industries, with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Demonstrate integrity, humility and a strong work ethic, with excellent moral character.
• Possess extensive financial expertise, familiarity with overseas financial markets, and foundational knowledge in statistics, machine learning, and financial operations.
• Experience in data application domains, with a keen data-driven focus to identify issues, uncover connections between business details and data, discern growth opportunities, and provide analytical insights and recommendations to support business operations.
• Experience in large-scale data analysis and modeling, proficient in SQL, and familiar with at least one modeling language (R/SAS/PYTHON, etc.); experience in data marketing projects and familiarity with data marketing workflows.
• Innovative mindset with a spirit of exploration, coupled with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills in a cross-cultural environment. Overseas work or living experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Build a customer-group data analysis framework to enhance insights and identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze data insights for customer-group operations and optimize strategies; develop decision tools.
• Explore data analysis methods and funnels to maximize user value and provide recommendations.
• Research industry-leading data tools and refine reusable customer-value identification tools.
• Handle other data analysis tasks or assignments from the manager.
