Job summary

GTS Consulting in Hong Kong is seeking a senior data analytics professional to build a customer group data analysis framework to enhance data insights and support operations for wealth management clients.

You will explore customer group characteristic tag maps, behavioral preference maps, and demand evolution paths, identify growth opportunities, and deliver data-driven recommendations to improve conversion funnels and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in wealth management, finance institutions, or related industries, with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with overseas financial markets and foundations in statistics, machine learning, and financial operations.
• Experience in data application domains with a data-driven focus to identify issues and provide analytical insights.
• Proficient in SQL and at least one modeling language (R/SAS/PYTHON).
• Excellent communication and teamwork in a cross-cultural environment.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Build a customer group data analysis framework to enhance data analysis and insights.
• Conduct in-depth exploration of customer group characteristic tag maps, behavioral preference maps, and demand evolution paths.
• Identify business growth opportunities to support data-driven and refined customer group operations.
• Provide data insights and analysis for customer group operations, tracking and analyzing the conversion effects of various operational strategies.
• Continuously optimize operational strategies based on data analysis results.
• Integrate deeply with business scenarios to innovate and deliver customer group decision-making tools, such as strategy deduction models.
• Explore effective data analysis and experimental methods, conducting in-depth research on business paths and conversion funnels.
• Gain insights into user behaviours and psychology to improve operational ideas and provide suggestions and strategies to maximize user value.
• Research and investigate industry-leading data application tools, deconstruct customer value elements, and refine reusable customer group value identification tools.
• Handle other data analysis-related tasks or assignments from the manager.
