Job summary

CICC is seeking a senior professional to lead wealth management operations in Hong Kong. The role focuses on planning and allocating resources to optimize AUM growth, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to craft targeted customer segment campaigns and external partnerships to expand the digital finance ecosystem.

The candidate will analyze customer group data, track conversion effects, and continuously refine strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of wealth management/financial services experience, with 2+ years in related roles.
• Demonstrates integrity, humility and a strong work ethic.
• Extensive experience in financial services and internet customer operations; overseas markets familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall planning and allocation of operational resources to drive AUM growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design customer segment marketing campaigns and partnerships for client acquisition.
• Perform data insights on customer group operations and optimize strategies based on results.
• Research global best practices in digital customer segment management and promote digital financial innovation.
• Handle other duties as assigned by management.
