Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of thematic equity indices and ensure timely delivery across rebalancing cycles.
• Perform systematic selection and rebalancing for Solactive and client indices.
• Research thematic investment trends and apply quantitative methods for index weighting.
• Serve as a key contact for international clients, translating complex concepts.
• Improve index algorithms within the company framework.
• Identify process improvements to enhance index operations accuracy.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and developers throughout SDLC.
