Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd is seeking a Head of Project Management for Retail Branches and Wealth Management Centre in Hong Kong. You will lead end-to-end design, delivery, and transformation of our retail footprint and flagship Wealth Management centres, bridging architectural design, client experience, and construction execution.

Based at Two Harbour Square, you will drive network strategy, manage multi-million-dollar CAPEX budgets, ensure HK regulatory compliance and embed ESG principles into all branches.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive project delivery experience in Corporate Real Estate.
• At least 5 years leading HK retail banking fit-outs or Wealth Management Centre programs.
• Proven track record delivering high-spec retail builds from budget to handover.
• Strong knowledge of interior fitting-out, retail design, and related regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Project Portfolio Delivery: lead end-to-end retail real estate capital projects with detailed programs and budgets.
• Design & Client Experience Governance: define space standards, digital integrations, and luxury amenities.
• Vendor & Supplier Management: lead procurement, tender evaluation, and contract negotiations.
• Financial Control & Governance: manage multi-million-dollar CAPEX budgets with cost control and forecasting.
• Regulatory Compliance: ensure fit-out projects meet HK regulatory requirements and maintain audits.
• Sustainable Real Estate: embed ESG and sustainability principles into branch designs.
• Stakeholder Management: engage with Consumer Banking, Finance, and Facility Management for planning.
• Resource Planning: allocate team resources to meet project timelines.
