Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years HR experience, banking/financial services preferred.
• Strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in HR governance, policy development, regulatory monitoring or change management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with organizational needs.
• Support HR governance activities, compliance monitoring, audits, and regulatory reviews as required.
• Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes, controls and operational effectiveness.
• Drive culture and transformation initiatives to strengthen employee engagement and accountability.
• Partner with stakeholders to implement change management and culture-building programmes.
