• Experience in HR governance, policy development, regulatory monitoring or change management is a plus.

Job description

Vice President, Human Resources Management Group

Review and maintain HR policies and procedures, mitigate HR-related risk to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational needs.

Support HR governance activities, compliance monitoring, audits, and regulatory reviews where required.

Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes, controls, and operational effectiveness.

Drive culture and transformation initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, accountability, and organizational effectiveness.

Partner with stakeholders to implement change management and culture-building programmes aligned with business objectives.

Prepare HR analytics, management reports, and insights to support decision-making and project outcomes.

Manage HR projects and initiatives that support HR compliance, organizational change and business growth.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, consultants, and service providers, where required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience preferably in the banking and financial services sector, with solid experience in either (i) HR governance, compliance, policy development, regulatory monitoring and vendor management or (ii) organizational culture, employee engagement, change management, and transformation initiatives
• Strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in HR compliance monitoring for regulated roles, organizational development, or cultural transformation initiatives would be an advantage.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of AVP Human Resources.
