Chong Hing Bank Limited is seeking an experienced IT Senior Manager to oversee large-scale projects and regulatory-aligned system implementations. You will lead a team through design, development, testing and deployment while ensuring quality, risk controls, and on-time delivery.

Strong vendor management and bilingual communication are essential. The role requires a Bachelor degree in IT or related field, 10+ years in IT with 5+ in management within banking, and fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
• 10+ years IT experience with at least 5 years in management, preferably in banking/financial industry.
• Proven experience in large-scale project management and system implementation.
• Strong vendor management background from tendering to post-implementation support.
• Knowledge of SWIFT, RTGS, FPS payment systems preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Self-motivated with leadership, communication, analytical and organizational skills.
• Team player with negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua fluent.

Responsabilités

• Manage IT projects and enhancements ensuring quality, compliance, risk management, timeliness, and budget.
• Lead the team in design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation of IT systems.
• Continuously improve IT platforms to support Business and Operation Units.
• Enhance, maintain, and support production platforms for operational continuity.
• Communicate with Business Units to gather requirements and propose solutions, covering analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation.
• Supervise the application team to ensure high-quality development aligned with IT standards and schedules.
• Make system modifications to meet regulatory requirements from authorities such as HKMA.
• Provide training and coaching to strengthen technical and business knowledge.
