Job summary

Chong Hing Bank Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a senior IT leader to become Head of Agile Development. You will steer multiple development teams and ensure robust SDLC practices across the bank's technology platforms.

You will promote Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean), mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners, and drive delivery across departments, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. A strong banking background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent.
• Master’s degree is preferable.
• 15+ years IT experience with at least 10 years IT management in banking/finance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective and efficient system services to achieve business goals.
• Formulate technology strategy and SDLC roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and implement IT policy and controls to mitigate exposure.
• Prioritize projects and changes to meet objectives and budget.
• Lead and mentor Agile development teams, including Scrum Masters and Product Owners.
• Oversee Agile adoption (Scrum, Kanban) across multiple teams and departments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure Agile initiatives align with goals.
