Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
• 6+ years IT experience in system development and application support.
• Hands-on SDLC experience with compliance or risk systems.
• Experience working with external vendors for deployment and support.
• Strong technical proficiency in SAS, PL/SQL, Java/J2EE, Oracle/MS SQL.
• Knowledge of AML/RegTech regulatory workflows.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and production support skills.
• Good communication in English and Chinese; Putonghua fluent.

Responsibilities

• Act as a core technical/functional contributor in AML and RCO systems development, optimization, and system integration.
• Collaborate with Business Units to gather requirements, analyze impacts, and translate into specs.
• Execute system design, coding, testing (UAT/SIT), troubleshooting, and documentation per schedules.
• Support the Team Head in monitoring progress, vendor deliverables, and cross-functional coordination.
• Adhere to IT governance, security policies, and SDLC to ensure compliance and quality.
• Provide day-to-day production support, incident management, and system maintenance for AML/RCO apps.
• Assist in coaching junior team members on technical skills and domain knowledge.
