JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. in Hong Kong is seeking an Associate/VP to sit at the intersection of macroeconomics, client strategy, and markets execution.

You will originate foreign exchange and interest-rate solutions that address client hedging, investment, and balance-sheet needs, working with Trading, Structuring, and Research to turn macro ideas into actionable client ideas. You'll build deep client relationships, manage pipelines, and present proposals with pricing and scenarios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in financial markets sales, structuring, or a closely related client-facing markets role.
• Strong knowledge of foreign exchange and interest rate products (forwards, swaps, options).
• Understanding macroeconomic developments, monetary policy, and drivers of currency and rates markets.
• Ability to translate client needs into clear, commercially relevant proposals.
• Strong analytical, presentation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Disciplined execution, documentation, and risk-management with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across teams in fast-moving markets.

Responsabilités

• Build client relationships by understanding business models, exposures, objectives, and risk needs.
• Originate FX and IR solutions across hedging, yield enhancement, funding, and ALM.
• Manage account plans and pipelines while coordinating coverage and cross-selling to drive revenue.
• Translate macro developments and market moves into timely client ideas.
• Collaborate with Trading and Structuring to reflect client objectives and constraints.
• Present clear proposals covering rationale, pricing, payoffs, scenarios, and risks.
• Coordinate pricing and end-to-end execution, securing approvals and onboarding requirements.
• Coordinate booking and settlement while supporting valuations and restructurings.
• Maintain accurate client and transaction records per firm standards.
• Collaborate across Trading, Structuring, Research, Credit, Legal, Compliance, and Operations.
