Job summary

Shenwan Hongyuan Securities (H.K.) Limited seeks an Associate-Vice President, Fund Operations (COO Office) to oversee daily fund operations, NAV reconciliation, subscriptions and redemptions, capital calls, distributions, and fee calculations. You will coordinate with custodians, brokers, and fund administrators.

This role will review NAV calculations and financial statements, assist in product lifecycles, and collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Finance on registrations and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business or related field
• 4–8 years in fund operations or asset servicing
• Knowledge of fund structures (SPC-SP, LP/GP) and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Excel; VBA or Python a plus
• English and Chinese, Mandarin fluency

Responsibilities

• Manage daily fund operations: subscription/redemption processing, NAV reconciliation, capital calls, distributions, GL maintenance, trade reconciliation, fee calculation, fund payments.
• Assist fund lifecycle activities from product launch to termination.
• Review NAV calculations, financial statements, and investor reports prepared by fund administrators.
• Assist in account opening with custodian banks and executing brokers.
• Coordinate with third-party service providers to resolve discrepancies and streamline processes.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Finance on registrations, audits, and ad-hoc reporting.
• Design and implement operational workflows to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Act as a liaison between front-office teams and back-office functions.
• Support ad-hoc projects, including system enhancements, investor due diligence, and regulatory audits; draft/update manuals.
• Draft and submit documents for internal approval to facilitate business.
