Job summary

SPDB International Holdings Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Associate-VP to join the Asset Management Operations team. The role covers the full operations lifecycle for public funds, private funds and segregated accounts, from trade capture and settlement to NAV validation, regulatory filings and fund audits.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in fund operations or 6–10+ years with supervisory experience, and strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; Mandarin as well as English language

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2–5 years in fund operations, accounting, settlement or audit.
• 6–10+ years with 3–5+ years in supervisory/lead roles.
• Knowledge of HK regulatory framework and SFC rules.
• Proficient in MS Office; advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Handle trade settlement across equities, bonds, structured products and funds.
• Perform trade input, matching, and issue settlement instructions to custodians.
• Reconcile fund NAV, positions and cash with third parties.
• Handle corporate actions and account opening for external counterparties.
• Prepare periodic regulatory filings to the SFC and assist audits.
• Liaise with custodians, brokers and fund administrators to resolve settlement discrepancies.
