Job summary

BOCI, a leading investment bank in China and Hong Kong, seeks a seasoned investment banking professional to manage client relationships across HK and mainland China. You will originate and coordinate cross-border deals, engaging internal teams to structure capital-raising plans and support project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• At least 2 years of full-time overseas working experience and more than 10 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking or Financial Industry.
• Candidate with over 2 years of working experience in Hong Kong or overseas is an advantage.
• Abundant network resources, excellent skills in developing and maintaining client relationships.
• Good understanding of Hong Kong Capital Market products.
• Able to travel frequently and adapt to high-intensity workload of Investment Banking.
• Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin, with a good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain good relationship with potential and existing clients in designated cities in mainland China and Hong Kong.
• Explore new projects such as Private Equity, IPO, Equity Underwriting, Bond Issuance, Mergers and Acquisitions, etc.
• Cooperate with internal departments to promote the business and assist clients in formulating capital-raising plans.
• Work closely with BOC branches and subsidiaries of the BOC group to carry out various projects.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisors from time to time.

Job description
