Job summary

BOC International Holdings Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Associate/AVP, Client Services, Wealth Management to support onboarding, account servicing, and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance or related disciplines.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Putonghua).
• At least 3 years related working experience.
• Experience in KYC/AML and client onboarding is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform KYC and AML checks on customer onboarding.
• Administer ongoing KYC review maintenance and account servicing.
• Maintain client relationships and track instruction progress.
• Provide team support and handle ad-hoc tasks.
• Handle daily client inquiries with timely, professional solutions.

Key Accountabilities

• Perform KYC and AML check on customer account onboarding to ensure compliance with rules and regulations;
• Administer on-going KYC review maintenance of account documentation, transaction review, and other account servicing functions;
• Keep track on instruction and progress update with customers, and maintain good relationship with existing clients;
• Provide support to the team and carry out other ad-hoc tasks as assigned;
• Handle daily client inquiries and provide timely, professional solutions to ensure high service standard.

Skills & Experience

• Degree holder in Business, Finance, or related disciplines;
• At least 3 years related working experience;
• Candidate with over 2 years of full time working experience in Hong Kong or overseas is considered as an advantage;
• Excellent communication and problem solving skill;
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (including Putonghua);
• Proficient in MS Office application.
