China CITIC Bank International Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Vice President, Data Office (Data Application) to lead the conceptualization and design of the Big Data Tag/Label Factory, translating marketing strategies into functional specs for automation platforms and data-driven campaigns.

You will partner with data engineers to create customer tags, personas, and behavioral profiles, define segmentation mechanics, ensure compliant data pipelines and dashboards, and own BRD, user stories, and UAT

Qualifications

15+ years of Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Product Owner experience in data-heavy environments.
Proficient in SQL; experience with big data tools and data warehouses.
Track record launching enterprise data products and CRM/marketing automation.
Experience in Banking regulatory, Financial Services, FinTech, or E-commerce preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead conceptualization, requirement analysis, and design of the Big Data Tag/Label Factory.
Partner with data engineers to derive business tags, personas, and behavioral profiles.
Translate marketing strategies into functional specs for marketing automation platforms.
Define audience segmentation mechanics and event-driven triggers for automated campaigns.
Ensure data pipelines, lineage, and dashboards comply with compliance standards.
Act as Data Translator across Business Units, MarTech, Data Eng, and vendors.
Create BRD, User Stories, and Functional Specifications, ensuring smooth UAT and end-to-end delivery.
