Job summary

ARC Group in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Vice President - M&A Execution to drive day-to-day cross-border mid-market transactions. You will own transaction processes and lead Analysts and Associates through execution.

You will manage client relationships, coordinate advisers, and ensure timely, high-quality deal materials, with hands-on modelling and rigorous due diligence. Fluent English and Mandarin are required, and you will collaborate with senior bankers in an international team

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant investment banking or M&A advisory experience gained at an investment bank, securities firm, M&A boutique, or similar platform.
• Proven experience executing cross-border M&A transactions across the full lifecycle.
• Strong hands-on financial modelling, valuation and transaction analysis skills.
• Experience working directly with clients, counterparties and external advisers, including responsibility for client communication and managing expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-border buy-side and sell-side M&A execution through signing and closing, managing timelines, due diligence and key deliverables.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate counterparties and external advisers, setting clear expectations and resolving transaction issues.
• Review financial models, valuations and transaction materials to ensure accuracy, quality and clear messaging.
• Supervise and develop Analysts and Associates through effective delegation, work review and practical coaching.
• Support transaction structuring, commercial negotiations and the review of transaction documentation.
