Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in corporate e-Banking / channel project management.
- Experience in multinational financial institutions.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Putonghua).
- Interest in new digital technologies and AI trends.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Corporate E-Channel projects from requirements to post-launch optimization.
- Provide on-site support at business units and advise clients on digital channel solutions.
- Raise user requirements, monitor progress, and ensure new services are implemented to market standards.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to plan and optimize digital channel initiatives.
- Monitor channel performance, analyze client feedback, and troubleshoot production issues with IT/CS teams.
- Stay updated on emerging digital trends to enhance corporate banking solutions.
