Job summary

• Lead end-to-end Corporate E-Channel projects (e.g., corporate e-Banking, Host to Host solution), including requirement gathering, implementation, and post-launch optimization to ensure alignment with market standards and client needs.
• Provide on-site support at business units by partnering with Relationship Managers to advise clients on digital channel solutions during meetings, resolve technical/operational issues related to Corporate E-Channels, and assist Business Units in driving digital channel adoption and addressing sales inquiries.
• Raise user requirements, monitor progress, and ensure new services/initiatives are effectively implemented, benchmarked against market best practices, and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to plan, execute, and optimize digital channel initiatives.
• Monitor channel performance, analyze client feedback, and troubleshoot production issues with IT/Customer Service teams
• Stay updated on emerging digital trends to enhance corporate banking solutions.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Information Technology, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in corporate e-Banking /channel project management within sizable multinational financial institutions.
• Exposure to client-facing roles or on-site business unit collaboration will be an advantage.
• Self-motivated, result oriented, meticulous and able to work under pressure
• Keen interest in new digital technologies and trends such as AI tools.
• Good communication skills with team spirit
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Sound knowledge of corporate banking products and operations will be an advantage
