Yue Xiu Securities Holdings is seeking a Contract Brokerage Operations Department Clerk for a 6-month term in Hong Kong. You will handle clerical duties and support client on boarding.

Responsibilities include maintaining client data electronically and in paper form, coordinating with internal and external parties, and performing ad-hoc projects as assigned. Immediate availability is preferred.

Requirements

Form 6 or above, undergraduate would be considered;

Proficient in English & Chinese word processing;

Patient and detail-minded, responsible, and a team player;

Highly organized, independent with strong initiatives;

Immediate availability is preferred.
