Job summary

China Merchants Securities International Company Limited (CMSI) in Hong Kong is seeking an Associate in Institutional Sales (Global Institutions) within Institutional Equities. The role involves supporting a global client base of foreign institutional clients and maintaining daily communications.

You will assist in FI, derivatives and structured products, design client investment solutions, and help execute deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Finance related.
• 3 years or above institutional sales experience in Hong Kong, familiar with local market regulations.
• Experience with international investment banks or Chinese-funded Hong Kong financial institutions preferred; SFC license preferred.
• Basic knowledge of FI and derivatives; prior contact with asset managers and hedge funds preferred.
• Fluent Chinese & English, quick learner and resilient under pressure.
