Job summary

Chong Hing Bank Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a wealth management specialist to formulate branch sales strategies and manage wealth product cross-sell targets.

You will provide technical support to sales staff, conduct joint meetings, reinforce guidelines, and collaborate with support teams to boost productivity and service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Banking, Finance, Economics or related disciplines preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in selling retail investment products including investment funds and structured products.
• Pass in IIQE papers 1, 2, 3 & HKSI papers 1, 7, 8.
• Relevant Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) qualification is preferable.
• Good knowledge of investment products and insurance products such as investment funds, bonds, structure and FX related products.
• Familiar with regulatory requirements on insurance selling & product development & risk control, etc.
• Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English.
