Job summary

All Star Agency in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Vice President Corporate Banking to manage and grow a portfolio of corporate client relationships, including HK Blue Chips and Conglomerates. You will drive business development, executing banking solutions across the bank's product platform, and delivering against revenue, profitability, and ROE targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics or accounting.
• 7–10 years' experience in corporate banking or related fields.
• CFA, FRM or CPA qualifications are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen client relationships while identifying new business opportunities to expand the franchise.
• Develop and execute client account plans with clear objectives.
• Originate corporate lending, structured finance, capital markets, transaction banking and treasury solutions, coordinating with product specialists and Group entities as needed.
• Coordinate with overseas branches and regional offices to deliver integrated client coverage.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to increase wallet share across financing, treasury, capital markets, and advisory products.
• Lead end-to-end transaction execution, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Partner with Credit & Investment teams on credit structuring, approvals and portfolio monitoring, ensuring compliance with risk and regulatory standards.
• Stay abreast of market trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with strategic, value-added advice.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• 7-10 years' experience in corporate banking, credit analysis, audit, ratings, or financial advisory (less experience will be considered for a junior VP position).
• CFA, FRM, or CPA qualifications are highly regarded.
• A client-focused relationship manager with a proven ability to drive business growth.
• Strong analytical skills with sound judgement in assessing credit and business opportunities.
• Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
