Job summary

HN Group Limited is seeking a creative and business-minded executive to manage our current operations and spearhead strategic growth. The role requires strong leadership to drive corporate strategy and lead business development efforts.

Based in Macau, the candidate must be willing to travel to Mainland China and other regions as required. You will expand channels, establish new business lines, and mentor a team to achieve ambitious objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; a Master’s degree is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of managerial/executive level experience.
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a strong plus.
• Entrepreneurial, creative, and capable of generating innovative marketing and business ideas.
• Strong leadership abilities and ability to motivate a team towards strategic objectives.
• Excellent communication and high-quality document production skills.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above; a Master’s degree is highly preferred.

Minimum of 8 years of experience at a managerial/executive level.

Strong multi-tasking skills with a proven track record of managing multiple operations simultaneously.

Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Cantonese is required; must be able to produce high-quality documents (e.g., business plans, marketing plans, business analyses, product descriptions). Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus.

Offer

Annual remuneration package of up to HKD/MOP 2M (comprising a basic salary and a year-end performance bonus). Base salary will not be less than 1M.
