Job summary

Leadingnation, based in Hong Kong, seeks a seasoned property valuation professional to prepare valuation reports for landed properties and handle land administration tasks, including lease modifications and rates/tax appeals. You will draft tender proposals for government projects and deliver HKEX-compliant valuation reports for IPOs and financial disclosures.

The successful candidate will lead a small team, leverage an established client base, and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications

• Member of HKIS and/or RICS.
• Degree in Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years' working experience in property valuation and consultancy services.
• Have strong clients base and can create business income.
• Responsible, hardworking and excellent inter-personal & communication skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare valuation reports for various types of landed properties.
• Handle land administrative works such as lease modification, waiver application, rates/stamp duty appeal, land resumption and feasibility studies.
• Draft tender proposals for government departments and public organizations.
• Deliver valuation reports for properties in compliance with HKEX listing rules for IPOs, circulars, announcements and financial reports.
• Able to work independently and manage the team members.
