Job summary

Grand Hyatt Hong Kong is seeking a valet parking professional to enhance guest arrivals and departures with flawless service. You will manage hotel entrance traffic, assist guests with parking, and collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience.

Proficiency in Cantonese is preferred, with basic English helpful for communication. The role requires shift work and offers a range of benefits, including a five-day work week, meal provisions, annual leave, medical and dental

• Provide enthusiastic arrival / departure experience 為客人提供殷勤接待/歡送體驗
• Relevant work experience in hospitality 具備酒店相關工作經驗
• Holder of valid Diving licenses (Class 1 & 2) and good driving record 持有有效駕駛執照(#1&2) 及駕駛記錄良好
• Responsible, good team player, good customer service senses & communication skills are a must 有責任心，擁有團隊合作精神，良好顧客服務態度及溝通技巧
• Shift duties is required 須輪班工作
• Good command of Cantonese and is preferred with basic conversational English 流利廣東話，懂基本英語更佳
