Job summary

Hopewell Hotel (Wanchai) Management Limited is seeking a Concierge to deliver exceptional guest experiences at our Wan Chai property. You will greet guests, assist with their needs, and coordinate with various hotel teams to ensure a seamless stay.

The role requires a hospitality diploma and at least two years in concierge or customer service within hotels, with English and Chinese fluency. A valid HK driving license is beneficial. 5-day work week and standard hotel benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma in hospitality management or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of Concierge or customer service experience, preferably in hotels.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and bid farewell to all arriving and departing guests.
• Collaborate with all teams to ensure an exceptional guest journey from pre-arrival to post-departure.
• Provide accurate information to guests and other departments about services and facilities.
• Ensure luggage is delivered and collected accurately and promptly.
• Maintain and control the luggage room and storage.
• Monitor the concierge counter and support daily operations.
• Handle telephone inquiries, emergencies, notices, and guest replies promptly.
• Manage car park in/out and related service matters.
• Assist guests with loading/unloading luggage and with vehicle access.
• Arrange transportation for guests (taxi, shuttle, limousine) and log requests.
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and bid farewell to all arriving and departing customer and be helpful to guests


• Work alongside with all teams to ensure an exceptional guest journey from pre-arrival and during the stay, to departure and post-departure


• Provide detailed and accurate information to guests and other departments on a wide variety of services and facilities both within and outside the establishment


• Ensure luggage are delivered and collected accurately, efficiently and timely


• Maintain and control the use of the luggage room, ensure that luggage is properly stored


• Monitor the concierge counter and support the daily operations


• Foster quality customer service and enhance relationship with guests by handling telephone enquiries, referring emergencies to appropriate employees, drafting notices and reply to guests promptly


• Manage Car Park In/Out control and relevant car park service matters


• Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting guests with loading/unloading luggage


• Arrange transportation (e.g. taxi cab, shuttle bus, limousine/sedan service) for guests/visitors, and record advance transportation request as needed


• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the superiors

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in hospitality management or related discipline


• Minimum 2 years of experience in Concierge or with related working experience in customer service, preferably in the hotel industry


• Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese, other language is an advantage


• Possess valid Hong Kong driving license Type 1, holder of driving license Type 2 will be an advantage
