Job summary

Grand Hyatt Hong Kong is seeking a Guest Services Associate for our dining outlets. You will warmly welcome patrons, escort them to seating, and manage reservations with a professional, friendly demeanor.

You will engage guests, address inquiries, anticipate issues, and strive to delight guests, working as part of a caring team to ensure memorable hospitality experiences.

Qualifications

• Preferably with 1 year of experience in service industries
• Good communication and language skills
• A great team player who is customer-oriented, attentive and hospitable
• Passionate in food & beverage
