Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years in business development, sales, account management, partnerships, or marketing.
• In-depth understanding of the Trust industry and trustee services in HK and offshore jurisdictions.
• Ability to engage with senior decision-makers and demonstrate strong business acumen.
• STEP/TEP qualification preferred; network with HNW clients or family offices if no direct trust experience.
• Fluent English and Chinese; diverse candidates encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Proactively research and approach new clients to build a sales pipeline.
• Acquire clients and promote trustee services.
• Manage leads pipeline and maximize conversions.
• Handle inbound inquiries professionally.
• Identify new markets and suggest product/service opportunities to stay ahead.
• Achieve performance-based goals independently.
• Document client needs and prepare proposals.
• Negotiate and execute commercial agreements and partnerships.
• Conduct meetings and presentations with qualified leads.
• Maintain long-term relationships with business partners.
