Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field, or 5+ years in business development, sales, account management, partnerships, or marketing.
• In-depth understanding of the Trust industry and Trustee services in Hong Kong and offshore jurisdictions.
• Ability to engage with senior decision-makers and possess strong business acumen.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve results, with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Proactively research, identify and approach new clients and grow the sales pipeline.
• Acquire potential clients and promote full range of Trustee services.
• Manage and follow up on leads pipeline.
• Handle inbound business inquiries.
• Track new markets and emerging trends, recommend new products and services.
• Reach performance-based goals while working independently.
• Document client needs and prepare proposals and quotes.
• Negotiate and execute commercial agreements and partnerships.
• Conduct meetings and presentations with qualified leads.
• Maintain good relationships with company’s business partners.
