Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd. is hiring for a Product Sales role in Hong Kong. The position involves handling treasury product sales, coordinating with branches, and delivering high-quality service to customers.

Candidates should have a degree in Finance, Economics or Business, with at least 3 years of relevant sales experience in FX, premium or equity-linked deposits. Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) is required.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Take in-bound/out-bound business calls to customers and branch sales; to execute treasury product transactions; to give market updates to sales and customers.
• Conduct Treasury products sales activity with adherence to external regulatory requirements and internal guidelines e.g. the internal refined sales process guideline and to adopt a prudent approach on acquiring branch referrals.
• Achieve assigned sales target on treasury products and work with branches to deliver quality sales and services.
• Work with the TS team to deliver the pre-set business objectives and revenue targets.
• Assist team lead to drive/support TSP business of their respective branches.
• Support branches by providing superior service to customers in accordance with the Bank's required service standards.
• Provide regular and timely feedback to product taskforce team on customer acceptability on new treasury products & services

Requirements

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
