Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd in Hong Kong seeks a Product Sales professional to drive treasury product sales, engage with branches, and deliver superior customer service. The role requires strong sales results, regulatory compliance, and effective communication in English and Chinese.

The candidate should hold a Finance/Economics/Business Administration degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience in FX, premium, and equity-linked deposit products.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience in FX, premium & equity-linked deposits.
• Proven ability to maintain client focus with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound/outbound calls to customers and branch sales to execute treasury product transactions.
• Achieve assigned sales targets on treasury products and coordinate with branches to deliver quality sales and services.
• Provide regular feedback to product taskforce on customer acceptability of new treasury products and services.
• Support branches by delivering superior service to customers in accordance with the Bank’s required service standards.
• Comply with external regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.
