Job summary

DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Treasury Specialist within Treasures (Licensed, Sales Incentive). The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, executing treasury transactions, and providing market updates to sales and customers from One Island East in Hong Kong.

The candidate should have at least 3 years of sales experience in FX and related deposits, be qualified to conduct regulated activities under SFO, and demonstrate strong English and Chinese communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience in FX, premium & equity-linked deposits.
• Qualified to carry out regulated activities under SFO.
• Self-motivated with a track record of sales results.
• Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Take inbound/outbound calls to execute treasury product transactions and provide market updates.
• Conduct treasury product sales with regulatory adherence and branch referrals.
• Achieve assigned sales targets on treasury products and coordinate with branches.
• Collaborate with TS team to deliver preset objectives and revenue targets.
• Assist team lead to drive/support TSP business at branches.
• Support branches with superior service per bank standards.
• Provide feedback to product taskforce on customer acceptability of new treasury products.
