Job summary

DBS Bank in Hong Kong seeks a Product Sales professional to drive treasury product sales, including FX and equity-linked deposits, from One Island East. You will coordinate with branch teams to meet revenue targets and provide timely market updates to customers.

The role requires 3+ years of relevant sales experience, knowledge of SFO regulations, and strong English, Cantonese and Mandarin communication skills. Regular full-time work with client-focused service is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience in FX, premium & equity-linked deposits.
• Qualified to carry out regulated activities under SFO.
• Customer focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle in-bound/out-bound calls to customers and branch sales for treasury product transactions.
• Provide market updates to sales and customers and achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with branches to deliver quality sales and services.
• Work with TS team to meet business objectives and revenue targets.
• Assist team lead to drive/support TSP business in branches.
• Support branches with superior service in line with required standards.
