Job summary

DBS Bank in Hong Kong is seeking a Product Sales professional to drive treasury product sales and deliver market updates to sales and customers. The role supports branch referrals and works with branches to achieve revenue targets.

The candidate should have a degree in Finance/Economics/Business Administration and at least 3 years of sales experience in FX and equity-linked deposit products, with strong communication in English and Chinese. Regular, full-time position based in Hong Kong Office.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience in FX, premium & equity-linked deposit products in bank or financial institution.
• Qualified individual to carry out regulated activities under SFO.
• Self-motivated and determined in delivering outstanding sales results.
• Customer focused with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Take in-bound/out-bound business calls to customers and branch sales; to execute treasury product transactions; to give market updates to sales and customers.
• Conduct Treasury products sales activity with adherence to external regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.
• Achieve assigned sales target on treasury products and work with branches to deliver quality sales and services.
• Work with the TS team to deliver the pre-set business objectives and revenue targets.
• Assist team lead to drive/support TSP business of their respective branches.
• Support branches by providing superior service to customers in accordance with the Bank’s required service standards.
• Provide regular and timely feedback to product taskforce team on customer acceptability on new treasury products & services.
