Job summary

The Lacoste Group in Hong Kong seeks a driven Travel Retail professional to develop and maximize key accounts across Asia. You will ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly with internal and external partners to deliver sales targets.

Responsibilities include expanding relationships with existing customers, proposing solutions, resolving issues, identifying new sales opportunities, driving product mix, coordinating with finance for budgets, and ensuring POS operations and brand presence are

• Expanding relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
• Identify new sales opportunities that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
• Provide feedback on product mix and recommended assortment referring to Global Guidelines.
• Follow up with TR operators and ensure they follow our order placement guidelines.
• Highlight growth opportunities for specific product categories if any.
• Improve cost efficiency of the department.
• Perform ongoing data entry activities to different budgeting templates requested by Finance team.
• Ensure payment is made before due date to not jeopardize daily operation.
• Synchronize OPEX figures with Finance team before every re-forecast stages.
• Maintain consistently high level of customer service and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with VM team on seasonal material and props to increase brand presence at POS.
• Follow up with CXA team to ensure product knowledge and selling techniques are delivered to TR operators.

1. Purpose:

Supporting the development & maximization of the Travel Retail business inAsia.

Drivingand monitoring product mix

• Provide feedback on product mix andrecommended assortment referring to Global Guidelines.
• Follow up with TR operators and make surethey are following up our guidelines of order placement.
• Highlight growth opportunities forspecific product category if any.

Cost management & OPEX / CAPEX followup

• Improve cost efficiency of the department.
• Perform on going data entry activities todifferent budgeting template requested by Finance team.
